SPDR S&P 500 (SPY) :

As we mentioned in our previous post we were expecting the end of wave b and the start of wave c down.
today as we can see that the SPY touched 184.95 and reversed. we still labeling the waves as A-B-C and not 1-2-3 as we still need a conformation . our first target for wave c would be 166.5 .

We initiated a new position in SDS as we are expecting substantial pullback in the S&P 500.
